2. Service Description

PolicyReview provides an AI-powered tool that analyzes commercial insurance policy documents and generates summaries of coverage, exclusions, limits, and other policy details. Our Service is designed to help you better understand your insurance policies.

3. AI Limitations and Accuracy

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze insurance documents. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI analysis may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations
• Complex policy language may not be fully or accurately interpreted
• The AI cannot account for verbal agreements or external factors affecting coverage
• Analysis results should be verified against your actual policy documents
• We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any analysis

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Only upload insurance policies that you own or have authorization to analyze
• Provide accurate account information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Not upload malicious files or content
• Verify all AI-generated analysis with qualified professionals before making decisions

5. Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features of our Service require an account. Our subscription plans include:

• Free Plan: Limited to 1 policy analysis per month
• Pro Plan: Up to 10 policy analyses per month
• Business Plan: Unlimited policy analyses

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded documents), is owned by PolicyReview and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any documents you upload, and we claim no ownership over your insurance policies or personal data.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• PolicyReview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our AI analysis
• We are not liable for any insurance claims denied or coverage disputes
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolicyReview, its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
